Join Our Team
Thank you for showing an interest in becoming an iQreporter. As part of our team, you will have access to a network of knowledgeable bloggers, vloggers and podcasters and have increased exposure of your own website. This is a great opportunity to use our skills and knowledge to promote social justice and civil equality for all people. .
What We Are Asking of You:
iQreport will be “live blogging” various events relevant to social justice and advocacy and feeding information from iQreporter’s sites onto the main iQreport website. The feed will include the title and an excerpt from your posting, which, when clicked, links directly to your website/blog. We ask that any blog written with regard to the event be categorized with “iQreport” so it can be included in the feed.
We held many live events during the National Equality March and iQreporters provided content, videos and sound clips as the events happened. We intend to go forward from this point and continue providing interacrtive media and allowing those within our community that can’t be there participate in the events.
Requirements:
- Your website/blog must be directed toward issues relevant to the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and/or Transgender community, this statement is intended to be inclusive; therefore, if you are an allied blogger/vlogger or podcaster, you are welcome to join the team.
- Your website/blog must be at least 6 months old and show regular updates.
- Your website/blog must allow you to “categorize” postings. We ask that all posting you submit on your blog be categorized with “iQreport”.
- Your website/blog must be equipped with an RSS/Atom feed URL for the specific category. (Most sites using Wordpress/Blogger or other such content management systems will support this).
If you are interested in becoming an iQreporter, please complete the following information. All information is required.

Hi,
I think this is a great idea that would connect LGBTQQIA bloggers in one spot and allow everyone to continue to come together.
